We started "Cakes By Lee" in 2016, right out of our own kitchen. For as long as I can remember, my love of baking came from helping my mother in the kitchen.  I was the youngest of three children.  When my siblings were at school, my mother and I would cook supper for the evening. While in elementary, middle and High school I was involved in baking and cooking. All the way back to 4-H, my wife and I were in many cooking competitions together. I took Home Economics in High School. By trade, I am an Electrician, which is something I take pride in.  Baking and decorating cakes for special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, showers and birthdays is my great joy. I stress over every cake we make. However, in the end, when the customer loves it ,  that makes it all worthwhile.
